Bought a car in September. Go to look at it and come to find out the car has severe problems that were written on the side of the car window dated July. Lazy staff and release workers couldn’t care less, called 4 or five times they all go to voicemail or call you back at inconvenient times. Fraudulent and shady how am I supposed to file arbitration if no one answers the phone. Stay away

Don't believe the Crs or green light none of that matters here. Bought a 4.1 with valve cover leaking into spark plugs and apparently that isn't enough to arb for as well as leaks all over and more undisclosed damage . Horrible place to do business they are no help. Better off buying a car from the junk yard.

Bought a green light vehicle at a 4.5 CR. Received the vehicle and called immediately to arbitrate. System errors, unreported dents and marring, and the entire bumper was GLUED on.

Called 5 or so times in 10 days. Left 3 voicemails and not a word from Adesa Brashers. I'm now doubting they'll do anything about it

my truck got repoed and brought here when i came it pick up it was gutted sound system that was worth 1500+ gone asked the guy who brought my truck and he said they dont take anything out went to the towing company they had pictures and emails that the sound system was left when they brought the truck here went to the tow place and called this place i told the guy i was going to file a police report and he said “if u call the police and do that im going to hang up the phone” even the towing attendant was shocked called 20+ more times was either ignored or told they didnt have anything no help if i could give a zero rating i would GIVE me my sound system back or the money i spent

The variety of cars are very good ranged between $3000 to $10000. The service on the front desk I so far received has been very professional, however the floor is very poorly managed.
Today, One of my employees was confronted by guy called Nick, apparently the operation manager, very rude, unprofessional and definitely not knowing how to talk to a lady.
Unfortunately, sometimes it takes one employee to sabotage the whole reputation of an organization.
I formally filled a complaint to make sure other dealers won't receive such treatment.

First time checking out the Brasher's adesa auto auction. There where cool and legit and I would recommend them to anyone from full on dealership status or even just someone who's tryna flip a couple for some pocket change they keep it simple and basic and have anything you could think of in there inventory. I'll be going through them again.
