Been going to them for a couple years now, don’t have a problem with them. They are helpful I will say. But what I don’t like is that only one person is really taking on the taxes while other people are working there. Which makes some things move slower than what they are supposed be too. The owner is a sweetheart though and does what he can to make the experience good for you

I been coming to Mike for the last 4 years I have very good service I really love coming to do my taxes with him I referred all my friends and family and I already get $150 for just having them come to him I'm giving him 5 stars because his team is that best out of all the taxes places I been to so everybody go see Mike I will give you the best service ever 🙂😄😁😆😃😀But always had great attitudes and were ALWAYS very professional and very honest people. They gave me my advance (1200$) in 10 seconds flat. I appreciate this office and look forward to coming here for the remainder of my time here in this area. Also, the receptionists ( Rose) is very patient and understanding, we thank your team for me 😁🙂😃😄😆

Don’t use this place. They cut too many corners. I’m Being audited for the first time ever. Had HR Block do a double check and found my filing for 2017 was in correct and had to be amended. They say everyone is approved for an advance it is a lie. They will file and only tell you your not approved when it’s too late. They go through same banks as every other tax prep service. Fees are more than HR block and have no gaurantee of accuracy. Very ghetto staff at front. Your safer paying for a professional service or doing urself at home.

Been going to Mike for 3yrs now. All my questions & concerns have always been answered. Never treated rudely. I brought my daughter here this year for her 1st time filling. It's nice to be a return client & be greeted by name. Customer Service & Appreciation go along way in my books. Thanks Mike & Staff for all you do!! Definitely recommend Express Tax

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've used turbo tax the past few years and it has worked fine. This year I made a little more income so I had some questions about my return and thought I should go in to a place to get the most help in understanding everything. They rush you in and out and don't help you with your questions. I got home and looked at my file so I can figure things out for myself and as I looked in my folder, they had gave me someone else's complete file. Their full name, birthday, social security number, EVERYTHING right there! How unprofessional. I am beyond frustrated. I've had my identity stolen before, so I am praying that someone else didn't get my complete file and I don't get screwed again. I came to return the file that was mistakenly given to me and get my file and everyone seems to not have a clue what happened or where my complete file was. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, EVER.

This place is the worse place on the planet I will never ever go there again. I got a Christmas advance and as soon as I IRS started excepting tax returns they submitted my tax returns without my W2 and childcare forms. I was Highly upset. Then called me sign my forms and had to do a modification so that I can get paid for what I paid to childcare. THEN never submitted the modification forms so I can get the rest of my money...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!..NEVER EVER GO HERE NEVER
