I started using Ted Marty & Associates after my wife and I got married. They have always given us great quotes in a timely manner. Also when my wife was hit from someone running a red light they handled all the paperwork for the insurance. A true blessing. Recently I filed for a refinance and after getting a hold of them on the phone they sent all the necessary paperwork to the bank same day. Once they even called me because they noticed that I didn't pay on time. They talked to the insurance on my behalf and got the late fee waved. Life happens and they understand.

Terrible service. Ignore emails. Take forever to return phone calls. We are supposed to be on Auto Pay and here it is almost a year later, we are still receiving letters from Anthem, threatening to terminate our coverage for Non-payment. How am I not paying my billing when the payment is taken directly from our bank on the 1st of every month? Oh, because Ted Marty Associates have not done their jobs by putting us back on Auto Pay. ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE WE REQUESTED TO BE ADDED BACK TO AUTO PAY AND WE ARE STILL PAYING EVERY MONTH. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!!!!!
