This company is a sham. We've been paying rent on a house they purchased through auction, due to the former landlord defaulting for three months now. This last payment was returned and I was told that "they didn't believe the least was valid." I have stated since the purchase occurred that our intent was to buy the house. We've lived here for almost 2 years now. I will be getting a lawyer involved.

Absolute horror. Spent 2 months under contract to buy a house they own, they accepted our fha offer. 5 days before closing they said they refuse to make fha required safety repairs. They also refuse to make conventional loan repairs. Weve paid thousands on inspections and appraisals they now get to keep for free. They refuse to sell the house for $1 less than top market value And it's a total fixer upper. Listing as if it is in perfect condition. Cost us time and money. Takes days or weeks to get a reply. Lied numerous times about condition of property and that repairs were made.
