I called 5/24 in the AM, to go over the quote they had sent me thorough email, but no one ever called me back. So, I took it upon myself to called them 5/25 and ask if anyone there checks voicemail or what. She replied we are extremely busy! OK, well, I'm busy too, and I don't want to do business with an insurance company that can't even call me back to go over a quote. Just think if I had gotten insurance with them, too busy to even call me back, bad business and why would I even want insurance with a company like that?! NO thanks!

I have been with this agency for over 25 years. Once, the insurance company tried to move me to a different agent, and I promptly switched back to this agency. I appreciated Ron's service when he ran it, and I have had no problems at all since Melissa took over. They come with the highest personal recommendation I can give.
