I’m their existing customer with 3 boats. Has been waiting for an auto insurance quote for 1,5 week. I mentioned I had just a few days left before deadline, still nothing, even though 3 times I contacted them 3 times they told me they will provide a quote… Still nothing. Just wasted my time.
