Very difficult company to work with. They seem to have no knowledge of how to secure healthcare, everything is always done wrong and takes weeks to correct. He is a very poor communicator and has been caught just making up answers multiple times. Also in 15 months, they have incorrectly billed us 6 times...always more than it should be. Mike is a nice guy but is clearly in over his head, he is probably an much better employee than a business owner.

We are still waiting on a refund
