I was lucky enough to be given Denise Anderson's information in 2019 when I was looking for a new health insurance plan. She helped me find the perfect plan and I had that plan until a few months a go when the insurance company decided to drop the medical group I was with. That meant that I could no longer see any of the doctor's that had I loved and had built relationships & trust with for over 5 years. I didn't know what to do and everyone I spoke with had something different to say. I don't know why I did not think to call Denise immediately because it would have saved me a lot of headache and heartache! From the moment I spoke to Denise, she made my problem her problem and spent hours walking me through different options to see if there was any way to salvage my existing insurance but there was not. I was completely beside myself and did not understand the process but Denise was beyond patient, kind & knowledgeable and again she made my problem her own. So now we had to go to plan B which was to select a whole new group and primary care physician. Denise and her assistant Lynne walked me through every step of the process and helped me to pick a new group and PCP. I must have called Denise & Lynne a dozen times throughout this process and I lost count of the emails that went between us! In the end, I ended up with a new group and PCP that was 100% times better than the one I had before and at no extra cost! If it was not for Denise & Lynne, I do not where I would be today with my healthcare. I DEFINITELY could not have done it on my own. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to these wonderful women who treated me better than family! I highly recommend them both to anyone that is looking for a new health plan. The are top notch and I am so lucky to have them in my corner!
