I spent 2 months working with them to insure my vehicles and went through several steps in order to do so. On the day I was expecting my coverage to begin, they decided to back out at the last possible moment. Stay clear if you value your time and energy, as it is not valued here.

I initially called to set up my umbrella policy with State Farm and Joelle was very helpful with the entire process from answering any type of questions I had, to helping step by step setting up autopay and whatever other needs I had. I have been with Sarah Atkinson's office for so many years and I don't think I will ever switch. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. Always available to answer any questions. I have both car and home insurance with State Farm. I've been rear ended a couple of times and the claim process could not have been easier. Even when I file a claim online, Sarah's office calls me to make sure I have everything that I need. I have long ago moved away from the area but see no reason to do business with any other office/agent.

I've been with this group pretty much since I first started driving, my parents were with them before me and still are. Car insurance, homeowners, renters insurance... I do it all through them. Customer service with Sarah's office has always been amazing...kind, attentive, quick responses and understanding of my needs. Recently worked with Nena to switch policies for an upcoming move. She listened to what I needed and had my new policy to me immediately. I've never had any reason to complain about anyone here.
