I just want to share that I had a very pleasant over the phone experience. I started my quote with Joi Hanley. I appreciated that she was, professional, precise, straight to the point, and good sense of humor type of personality. I was unable to complete my quote on the same day, so when I called back, I was assisted by Jevi Alvarez whom was also professional, easy going, friendly, and not pushy. He answered my questions and clarified my concerns. The process was quick, smooth and effective. I got the perfect coverage to meet my needs, not more not less. I am overall grateful for excellent customer service. Thank you!

When this was just plain old Hanley and Hanley, they had integrity, customer care and customer service. Gone, all gone. Now instead, they take your money, and let you battle it out yourself with whatever insurance company they stick you with. An Insurance company who fills out false inspection reports, improperly list information on your home, can't tell the difference between grassy yellow blooms off an oak tree and oak leaves on a roof. Then tell you, that you have to send them more pictures of your roof that you cleared last weekend and sent in pictures of, again, because the pictures are not wide enough. Mind you, it is in the middle of Fall and in Running Springs, CA, oak leaves fall none stop. It is sad, insurance companies, particularly for homes in the SB Mountains have always been scams, theives, crooks, but at least when I used to deal with an agent at Hanley, I felt that had my best interest in mind. Now someone at their office from All State just emails you the demands from the 4th party insurance. You ask to speak to your agent, she gives you a general 800 number. No customer sevice or care left here. All State definitely took this place over. Not in "Good Hands."

My experience with Allstate was seamless and good throughout, from reporting my accident to the claims dept., to promptly scheduling an inspection of my car at repair shop of my own choosing, to finally meeting with the Allstate adjuster, who provided an accurate estimate of the costs of the repairs, – all went smooth and hassle free. Anthony Le, the Allstate adjuster, was personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. After the inspection was completed the check for the repairs was issued immediately. My agent Joilyn Hanley’s office and the Claims team were keenly responsive and true to their word concerning the prompt reimbursement of my deductible. My experience was smooth and hassle free and established a reputation that will ensure the continuation of my business relationship with Allstate ‘the good hands people.’ Thank you all.

There is a reason why I am with this particular Allstate Branch, Excellent! Throughout my life I have had different needs for their assistance, and they are immediately responsive, do it, and with kindness and professionalism. Whether it is turning my car in for repair, getting a loaner, and "Oh you need proof of insurance (and I forgot it)...not a problem...they get it to me immediately....to choices for earthquake insurance...give me the quick rundown...to best pricing...to help my parents needing assistance with their insurance. They truly are unique. I am so thankful to have them looking out for all my insurance needs...one less thing to worry about and the opportunity to focus on my life. Joi is such a treasure.

To save you from reading a long story about my bad experience, I’m going to make this quick. All of the good reviews I noticed are from a long time ago. They must be struggling for money, because they treat people like trash. Also, the reviews on the Allstate website that show over 360 reviews are biased, because your only allowed to leave a review if it is your currently working with an agent at the office. Not if you already have another agent at a better office.
