Hello Michael

I called your office on today and I was address by young lady I do not recall her name unfortunately in a very unprofessional manner. Whom ever is working front desk answered and I informed her to please remove my auto pay due to hardship I am currently experiencing financially. She informed me if I do not pay my premium in 6 days from suspension date my policy will be canceled and I am required Pay lump sum no exceptions. I called customer service iconcerned cause I do not want loose my coverage for my new car and I was given some hope. Although what she said was true i do have more opportunity to pay before my policy is officially terminated. Michael this is totally unacceptable you have to do better with hiring better staff for the face of your agency. May I add this is second poor customer service encounter I had with your office that i made you aware of. I felt disregarded, unheard, disrespected and most importantly unappreciated for my service i have provided you. wish you best but you have lost me as a client.
