I came across Kelly Duong State Farm by chance while searching on Google. Most of the reviews were five stars, with only a few negative ones. Some one-star reviews mentioned long-term clients feeling dissatisfied, which made me hesitant at first. However, I decided to give them a try, and I’m glad I did. Kelly Duong and her staffs were wonderful. I had them work on my insurance policy for many years and never disappointed. Every time when I need to update my policy or ask for liability certificate for my service, they were very responsive and have the certificate ready with in hours. This was a thumb up for the service that I was waiting from my agent to help when I need them to. Not to mention the staff were very friendly and willing to listen to what I need and wouldn't hesitate to make it possible. I’ve been a member of the State Farm family for I would say 25 years or so. Kelly and Iris are always so helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I’ve considered shopping around for other insurance companies because of the high cost of insurance…It makes sense to shop around, right? I thought about it, but then the relationship that we’ve established with Kelly and Iris makes better sense than switching. I periodically call and see if there are ways to save on the cost insurance and they always offer reasonable solutions for me. I don’t know what I would do without Iris! I highly recommend Kelly & Iris at State Farm.
