Only complaint I have is, why didn't know about this place sooner? Lisa is super knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Trust me, once you go to her, you won't want to go to the DMV ever again. She is worth every penny. Thanks for the help and conversation, Lisa!

Went to the DMV to transfer title, and register a new vehicle. Stood in line for at least half an hour just to get a number! After receiving the number I realized I was going to be there a while (my guess would be around 3 more hours at least) of course every seat in the house was taken.... So what do you do? You go outside and you see the big sign on the building across the way that reads "Transfer of Title? Registration? Insurance? Van Ross!" Everything I was at the DMV for! Go frik'n figure! I didn't even know such a place existed! Left the DMV walked about 30 yards and Handled it all with Lisa at Van Ross in a matter of minutes! No wait, no hassle, and no fuss! Even left her place with the new tags! Thank you Lisa!
I think they're still calling B070 at window 12 little do they know lol.... I'm not coming! Ha ha

I went to the Ventura DMV today for my registration renewal and there was a line out the door! The DMV-Now kiosk was out of order so I left. I remembered that Van Ross Insurance (across the parking lot from the DMV) handles registration renewals! I went in to see Lisa and I was in and out with my new registration and stickers within minutes! It was so easy and convenient. I will never wait in line for registration renewals again.
