I called in, overwhelmed with trying to navigate getting the proper coverage to satisfy the requirements of an ambiguously worded licensing system in order to put my license back in right standing.

Run away if you can. Run away.

The list of this company’s predatory behaviors is quite long and scary. To list the most important things:

- They shared someone else’s card with me.

-They kept charging me when I only needed 6 months of coverage.

- When I was ready to reinstate again, their agent lied on our initial conversation about the price of coverage and hid an extra $200 in the corner of the document. When I started a text chain to question the $200 extra fee that he never mentioned during our phone call, he didn’t want to refund me until I brought the commissioner into the conversation.

- Although the second time I expressed my need for a longer time frame for my coverage, they stopped my coverage without letting me know via email or text.

- Last but not least, their agents are rude and misogynistic. I’m actively looking for a better alternative because this’s it. 💦

They don’t care about anything but commissions and will do anything to reach their quota. Once reached, you’re guaranteed they don’t give two ducks about you. I’d go pay the extra $50 or even $100 for a coverage by a better insurance instead of living with the constant fight/flight state they’re putting me.
