My husband and myself have been with Cecil Ross for several years. They handle our home, car and motorcycle insurance. Everyone I have came in contact with has been super nice and helpful. This year I had the honor to work with Melinda Gonzales. She bent over backwards for us. We live on a fixed income so any increases is hard for us. I called Melinda and asked her if she could find a more reasonable quote. Melinda said she would put it out there. A few days later she called me and told me she had reran the car insurance because that one had gone up the most. She actually got it below what we paid last year. I appreciate Melinda taking the time to do this for us. She was super nice, very polite and willing to do what she could.
