I wanted to take a moment to praise Yumi Kang in the Houston TX/Woodlands area. With her vast knowledge and skill set she is able to answer every question that I may have on the spot. Always a quick response in email and always answers the phone without hesitation. Even if were sitting at the table for a closing and I need a document she and her offices are always quick to deliver within minuets of the request. Yumi will never have you just renew you policy. Yumi always shops your property every year to make sure you are getting the best rates and adequate coverage. Never an I not dotted or a T not crossed!
