After I combined my Auto with my Home I received Great rate on my Auto - but that Only lasted 2 years on my 3rd year Both my home and Auto went up by 60% and with NO claims I changed to Allstate for my Home and Saved $600 kept my Auto with gtx and it's been 1 year this month and this is what pissed me off the most I was waiting for my Auto to go up since I didn't have my home any more with gtx Guess What it Never changed Why because there was NO Discount and when I spoke to Greg about it he maid up some BS So after doing business with him for 14 years I left GTX the staff was always very helpful but Greg is a DouchBag......

Greg, and the entire team at GTX Insurance are outstanding! They helped our family save a ton of money each year by switching from a big name company that I had been with for years and thought I was getting a great rate.. Greg showed me how much better it could be, while increasing coverage and pointing out gaps I didn’t realize we had. Just wish I had insured with them earlier! They make the process to switch VERY easy too, fyi. I was expecting it to be a nightmare. Not at all! There are insurance agents, then there is GTX. Greg Garcia personally goes above and beyond. My review is going to be a long one, but they definitely deserve every bit!

Once I decided to switch to them, not only did Greg get me a way better plan for the same price I was paying before. He also found out I had, had double coverage for a half year! He helped me out with a step by step to get reimbursed.

Then I started having water heater problems at my salon. Not knowing if it was mine or my landlords responsibility, I called asking if something like that was covered in my plan. He helped me every way possible to try and get insurance to replace it. Unfortunately, it was the landlords responsibility, so insurance wouldn't cover it.

I was still battling it out with my landlord to replace, until one day I show up to the salon, and the water heater is squirting water. Freaking out about my wood floors getting damaged, I called Greg. He not only informed me what to do but showed up to my salon with tools to help me pull the wood boards up to get all the water up. Then went and picked up humidifier fans for me.

I don't know about y'all, but that's going wayyyyy above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied! I will never have different insurance, and will recommend them to everyone!!
