A family member is on workman's comp awaiting surgery. They have been waiting two weeks to receive their checks and keep being told its in the mail. Unfortunately he is unable to work while on Workman's comp and unable to pay their bills or buy groceries. You'd think Argo would be more attentive to seeing that their claims are paid timely especially since at this time this is one's only income source.

Waiting for and an approval and have not been able to speak with anyone. Have left several messages for my case manager with no response for an entire month!! Left message for his supervisor as well with no response either. Great communication skills. Imaging centers have had the same issues no response and have to keep rescheduling procedures due to no response.

Does not appear to be an actual business. They will accept your premium payment but if you need your bonding or insurance you should expect to pay the full amount. Which means they only serve to provide you with a name for your proof of insurance/bonding not to actually insure or bond your business. DO NOT USE!
