I didn't realize my auto policy had expired until my bank lien notified me. When I checked, it had been expired over 30days. I called my auto insurance group and they had me reapply for new coverage. They responded immediately. I had a new app in my email within 1 hour. After I turned in all my info and made the payment, my new insurance cards were in an email within minutes. I was worried driving around without insurance and Sharon & Mike got me taken care of right away.

Mike Hill has been handling my insurance for many years. All aspects of business as been handled professionally and he always goes out of his way to research the best price for my needs. There is nobody better in the San Diego area when it comes to insurance.

My policy was recently sold to this agency and I made contact to speak to Mike Hill and discuss my policy. The call was NEVER returned and I called again a week later to ask for quotes to be run on both my homeowner and automotive policies and received an email saying they could not find a lower quote. When I asked that they send me the quotes they received even if they were higher so that I could compare to my current policy they never responded to my request. I finally spoke to Mike Hill who told me that my request for the quotes they ran were unreasonable. I was told to go and get my own quotes! So much for customer service. They were unprofessional and very rude and they no longer have my policy or any of the friends and family policies that were also sold to them.
