If you are shopping around for best insurance deal for your home or your business, I hope you call them and ask for ANDREW.. He is the BEST, and this is not a "review" statement, but the honest truth.
He shocks me all the time: I send an email and about 5/10 minutes later he responds to me with the SOLUTION, not just as a response.
He is AMAZING!
We all know how customer service is now a thing of the past, wherever you go or call, but here, Customer Service is what they are all about..

They solicite calls at lady 2x a day, even from other states, 8am-3pm. It's so annoying. Customer service have hung up on me when i tell them to remove my number. The automated telemarketer doesn't do anything but refer you to customer service, does not actually remove my number. 0/5 stars, pretty sure they are a scam.
