Insurance is typically not a fun topic, but I can say honestly that my experience with Nicole at the Bailey Agency has been beyond pleasant! She answered many, many, many questions for me. Judy has been my agent for about 10 years now and I have been extremely satisfied with her service and attention to my needs. She is always available to answer my calls or e-mails within a reasonable time. Her rates have been VERY competitive with other insurance companies that I have used in the past and is helpful in explaining any fluctuations in my bill. During a claim that I had, she helped ease my anxiety and stress by explaining the process while walking me through it and following up.Her office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this kind of personal service for your insurance needs.

The best customer service. Always goes above and beyond for our family. Checks for new rates without being asked. Nicole is very knowledgeable and always has the answer to all of my questions. The woman that works in this office is strange and rude/fake. She also lied to me on numerous occasions when i asked questions about cancelling my policy. After cancelling they overdrafted my account for insurance on a vehicle i no longer had possession of and was fully aware of that! Do not trust this company! Cheaper is not always better!
