I only gave one star cause I had to. I had a horrible experience with Veronica and Mike at the Fresno office. I have been a customer for years. Until recently i needed help from customer service it was my first time dealing with them. I was yelled at by Mike the one time I needed help from my insurance was the last time I will ever deal with them. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully they will learn how to respect loyal customers in the future

This Fresno location doesn't even deserve the one star on this rating. Mike is very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional every time I speak with him. I highly do NOT recommend this burns and Whitaker agency to anyone, their costumer service is the worst!!
