Scam, they won’t try to help you save money and lock you in when they charge you an extra 1300$ a year in mobile home insurance for no reason and won’t let you cancel till you pay 3 months of it. Won’t be using this place ever again. Shame on y’all. Rude customer service.

I found Chambliss insurance to be friendly and accommodating. They have always responded in a timely matter, and whenever I needed assistance from anything from insurance cards to declaration pages emailed Carneal has always come through. If for some reason his timing isn't as quick as expected He will text you a quick response then whenever he calls he apologizes. He is very thorough and a great insurance representative.
