I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experience with this business.

I encountered significant issues with representatives who appeared uninformed, complicating my attempts to resolve problems with my insurance policy. After securing my insurance, I discovered that the VIN number associated with my policy was incorrect, which prevented me from registering my vehicle with the DMV. When I sought assistance, the manager, Lanette Sliwinski, stated that it was acceptable to continue making payments despite the incorrect VIN. This situation ultimately compelled me to return the vehicle to the seller.

Moreover, I faced considerable obstacles when attempting to cancel my policy. My calls often went unanswered or were abruptly disconnected. Even after visiting the office in a calm manner to seek resolution, I was met with hostility and asked to leave, with staff alleging that my attempts to address the issue constituted harassment.

Due to these unresolved matters, I have filed a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory office. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for potential customers.

If this agency continues to engage in unfair or deceptive practices, it may face investigations and sanctions from state insurance regulators. They are selling policies under false pretenses and are not being held accountable for their actions.

Front desk lady with glasses always have an attitude and is always rude. Seems to have a problem with non English speaking people. Today oct 2. she tried to threatened us with a fine when we tried to open a new policy. While assuming we had our cars without insurance. When we had only moved it to another company for a cheaper rate. I hope the right person reads this.
