We have been with Libby for years and she and her team have always provided excellent service. We are returning from an international assignment and needed both auto and home insurance as we are purchasing another home. Although State Farm can no longer provide home insurance in CA, Libby had Linda help us find alternative home coverage to support our purchase. Linda has been proactive and timely in arranging both forms of insurance for us. Cannot say enough about the great support Linda provided and timely responses given we are 15 hours difference in time zones. Linda, thanks for your help in getting our coverages in place and making our lives so much easier the last 2 months!

Linda Leuthy is a highly responsible professional who gave me excellent, prompt service and candid advice when I was involved in an accident that left my vehicle unrepairable. It was a difficult and uncertain time for me. I had many questions, and she answered them all quickly with detailed thoroughness, sometimes doing her own research. I was especially pleased when she disagreed with my interpretation of the circumstances of the accident, giving me a different perspective. We've been with Libby for years and have always appreciated her good advice and direction. Recently, Linda in her office noticed that we were not receiving the full range of discounts to which we were entitled as we have multiple lines with State Farm, and she submitted the correction and SF refunded years of discounts to us, plus interest. I don't think there's another insurance company that would do this...thanks Linda, Libby and State Farm!

Linda in Libby Winston's office was super helpful and responsive when I reached out for a quote on auto insurance, after the premiums on my long-standing policy with another carrier went WAY up.
