I highly recommend Gail for her knowledge on any insurance needs. She took care of my transition from another Insurance agency for my auto, home and rental insurance and the process was really smooth.. Gail is very knowledgeable and has answers for everything you have on Insurance, even if she does not she does follow up and get back with an answer / solution!! Highly recommend!!

I was a Farmers customer earlier (through a different agent) and had to move out because of price and unresponsive agents. Talking to Gail and Teenu has been a complete opposite (and pleasant) experience. Teenu has been exceptional in answering all my queries over email and phone, getting me the best coverage for my needs for home insurance, and removing unnecessary and not-applicable things from the coverage. She took the time (a couple of times) to explain each and every thing in my coverage. Needless to mention, the price offered beats all others. For my car insurance policy where Farmers couldn't beat the price, she was upfront about it and not at all pushy for making a sale.

She has been in the business many years and draws from actual situations that have happened to give you advise on how you should proceed. I have been with Farmers for more than 5 years now and I highly recommend their service. They are exceptionally good at what they do and they genuinely care for their customers by calling you for important reminders even after missing their multiple emails. In the world of insurance, getting hold of your agents can prove to be very very difficult, but Gail and her team have proved that completely wrong by always being there for you. When we bought our house in 2014, we switched from USAA to Farmers with Gail Mirchandani's San Ramon agency. Gail offered us a very competitive rate based on a total package with our cars as well. Her office's service has been great over that time, very customer-focused.

I didn't realize how customer-focused until this January 2018. We had coverage for our daughter until September 2017, but elected to suspend her coverage when she went off to college. Due to a Microsoft email snafu, we missed putting my daughter back on coverage over winter break when she was home. She had a car accident. Despite that legally we had no insurance claim, Gail went out of her way to make sure that Farmers corporate covered the claim since it was obvious that our intent was to cover our daughter during break. While I'm sure this will never happen again, it was great to see our insurance agent step up like this. I highly recommend Farmers and Gail's agency.

Gail is very knowledgeable about the products. She tries to get to know you and your needs first before suggesting any product. We have been working with her for about 2 years now and she and her staff are very supportive in everything. when we were involved in a no fault accident her staff was helpful in connecting with the other insurance to resolve the issue. all communications are answered very quickly and efficiently.
