You would think that someone who is working AT A FINANCE CO. would know the difference between a hard credit pull and a soft credit pull. That is freaking ridiculous. I did business with this company last year out of necessity. I have educated myself on the credit scores, reports, pulls and so on. I have raised my score by over 100 points in less than a year.
