I was checking on cheaper car insurance on line and I saw State Farm and thought to myself they are a top insurance company and I didn't think they would be cheaper but on a whim I clicked in their website. I had filled out almost everything but had to back out due to work calling me. I did not think about it again until my phone rang and it was Janell from State Farm. She was friendly ,efficient,ask a few questions and gave me a quote. Saving me $150 on both vehicles. My experience has been less than pleasant. The agent assigned to me was NEVER available. I won’t share her name, however; it has been a total nightmare trying to communicate with the agent on record. If she wasn’t ilI, her daughter was ill. It was just one excuse after another. It was like pulling a difficult tooth just to get anything accomplished with the agent. I just requested to be moved to another agent and I pray I don’t continue to have the same issue.
