This branch is terrible! I've been banking with century since the early 2000s and have stayed with them starting at the branch in saraland to moffett which closed, and others before coming to this branch without hardly any problems. But since their "Great Exodus" of the excellent employees they used to have, this place has become unbelievable and the new employees who apparently come in through a revolving door, don't seem to know their hindquarters from their elbows! I hoped to stay with them, but I plan to start switching my direct deposit information asap so I can quit this horrible place. Stop worrying about making the building look good and get better employees inside of it instead!

Best banking experience that I have had. Over the past 50 years we have used most of the Banks in Mobile. Very impressed with Century Bank and the folks working there are exceptional. I highly recommend.

Do not bank here!!! I signed up for a checking account here. After more than a month and multiple attempts to order my debit card and never recieving it, I decided to close my account and bank elsewhere. On several occasions I would attempt to use the ATM here to withdraw money from my other bank, but the ATM was out of service.... Not to mention every time I used my other card I was charged Century Bank's ATM fee becuse they couldn't order my Century Bank Debt Card. It was very inconvenient not being able to access my money. Upon closing my account the teller, who I could mention by name, but choose not to was very rude. I was charged a $25 fee to close my account. I told her I would recommend to others not to bank here. If you are new to this community please choose elsewhere to bank.

The branch is HORRIBLE ‼️‼️ management is beyond rude. They don’t listen to the customer…especially Donna. they over talk the customers. Terrible customer service
