I highly recommend this business. Miranda always shows great customer service. I was completely impressed with her professionalism. I was able to get the funds I needed very quickly and it wasn’t loads of paperwork to fill out. If I could give 10+ stars I definitely would!!!

I have been dealing with Alabama Title Loans for years.
I had a bad experience with them two weeks ago.
The branch manager (Miranda) was very rude and unprofessional.
I went in and got a payday loan on the 19th of August (right before my payday on the 23rd)and they told me that it was due the following week.
I tried to explain that my payday wasn't until the 6th of September. Miranda had an attitude with me and stated that she didn't know when my payday was and hung up in my face.
I am not the type of person to get an attitude with people until you get one with me first.
I feel that if you're having problems at home or if someone else has made you upset you should not take it out on the next person.
I will not be going back to that establishment with such a rude oand unprofessional person. I contacted the 1-800 number to make a complaint they asked for my ss# and told me that they could not find my account.
I even called Stephanie, but she didn't answer her phone.
