David Ramsey does not advocate for his clients and talks over you. We called him to cancel our policy and he didn't cancel it until weeks later when the paperwork was filled out. He could have backdated the cancellation to our requested date as we had proof we were covered under our new policy starting on our requested cancellation date, but he refused to deal with it. We had to work with the insurance company directly to get it taken care of and it was totally doable, David just didn't want to do it. David would insist I wasn't listening to him when I would repeat back to him what he said he would also blame me for not putting things in writing. He rarely had meaningful answers to our questions. Many times the answer was to go read the policy again. Overall difficult to work with and unhelpful.

We have used Ramsey Insurance for years. We finally made the switch to a new provider and are glad we did. Insurance is an important aspect of every business and inevitably questions arise. They were never answered to our satisfaction. We should have moved sooner.
