I called the office after hours expecting to leave a voicemail for the following day, and Ethan Sasser answered the phone with an excited and encouraging tone, eager to help me. We compared rates with my old policy and what kind of coverage I am looking for, and he helped me find the perfect one, while thoroughly explaining the coverage in detail- something so many other offices did not want to take the time to do. By the time we hung up, it was almost 3 hours after the office had closed. You will not get a better quote from anyone else throughout the last 20 years. I have always ended up going back to Sasser’s insurance. They treat you like you are their family and they’re just real down to earth genuine people that go out of their way to do things for you and make sure you have a good experience. This company did not inform me correctly of how the billing was going to work or that my insurance could change prices from one month to the next with the policy that they signed me up for. I do not recommend this company to anyone because of the price changes that occurred to my insurance policy. I had to drop coverage through them and the insurance provider has now put out a collections that is going against my credit because I was unable to afford them doubling my insurance. My third month having the coverage there were no tickets, no wrecks. No anything that should have allowed this to happen but it did happen and it is now affecting my credit. The only reason that this company is even getting a one-star review is because that is required in order to post this message.
