Zephrina from ZMC & Associates, being a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), provides valuable and more precise information than the previous person who prepared my taxes who was a Tax Preparer. Zephrina returns phone calls and email correspondences promptly, accurately calculates my taxes, advises on the best tax return methods for each customer’s unique situation, and graciously applies a discount to my invoice as a new customer. I applied for a PPP Loan and wanted them to do my taxes. Yes I did get my money for my loan but I heard no further instructions on how to pay it back or anything of that nature. I also never heard anything back about them doing my taxes but I got an invoice saying that I was being charged for them doing them but no proof that anything was done. Mind you I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over a month and not one call back or email. Also I don’t know how they did it but the took it upon themselves to take the money out of my account before the due date and still haven’t heard anything. If you like to get every detail about things that are going on don’t go here I think it’s only 2 women and they can’t juggle every task professionally.
