I recently purchased a property that was listed by this business. The realtor that handled the property did not ensure that her client left the home in the contracted agreed-upon condition. It was in the contract that the home would be cleared of all items and debris before closing. During our walk-through the morning of closing, items and trash were piled outside of the home, on both porches, the patio, and inside the storage building. We nicely gave the seller until 3pm (after closing) to remove their items. They came and got what they wanted and left the rest for us to deal with. We had to pay a junk removal company to clean up the yard, porches, and building. During the initial contingent stage, it was noted a few dents in the cooktop, which were photographed and pointed out during the inspection. We were okay with this, as it was still in working order. After coming back to the house after closing, we came back to a busted cooktop that now cannot be used safely. It was busted while the seller was getting the items from the home. This will costs hundreds, if not thousands, to purchase and replace. Being a realtor is not just about closing a deal to make your comission. It's also about ensuring that contracts are upheld as well. I'm not impressed with this businesses and their lack of follow-through with their clients and contracts.
