After using Turbo Tax for years we we received a notice that we were going to have an audit and it cost us thousands of dollars. Turbo tax took no responsibility despite their guarantee so the following year we decided to use a professional and was recommended to Smart Financial by a coworker. We have used Jehani and his team since 2017 and are very pleased with the results. Very ignorant
Call to ask if I was still looking I said no I found some he ask if he can get better rate will I look into it as I’m thinking I may he said yes or no very ignorant then I said no I’ll be fine than…….. as I’m speaking he just hangs up on me when who don’t want to save money I just said no because that and the time and stuff I had to put in but still could’ve went with saving and calling them back but the hang up on while I’m talking was last straw I rather better service them saving money. This shows the difference in price

Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as the reviews I read. The reviews led me to Smart Financial & Tax Services today. The door was locked but the business hours on Google showed they were open. An older lady opened the door and asked if I was trying to get my taxes done. I told her yes and she said to me "He's not doing any taxes today. But maybe he could file you an extension." I did appreciate her polite tone and told her I didn't want an extension and thanked her. She asked me if I was a returning client. I didn't understand how that made a difference but she said that maybe he could talk to me if I just waited. There was no reason for me to wait to talk with the person she was referring to if he wasn't seeing new clients or doing any taxes on this date. She was polite, I appreciated that. I gave a 1 star because I have never been to a place that does taxes that chooses certain dates to do them. I'm not from here so, hopefully no one else has an experience like mine if you are new and just trying to find a good rated tax service in Decatur, GA.
