The worst customer service. I am in the worst period of my life. My wallet got stolen from me. My credit cards were stolen and used by some unknown person. My bank accounts were frozen. Porsche financial Service informed me my payments were late. I explained the situation, they don't not even consider it. They reported me to the credit bureau and my credit score went down 65 points. Out of my 18 years and 10month credit history, that was only time I was late for my payment. I really hope they can give me a break. They said they called me about it, it was a complete lie. and their payment app doesn't show current status or any pending payment status. As a business owner, it damaged my credibility. I won't buy another Porsche again!!!

Terrible customer service. They love to take your money but giving it back when they over charge is a hassle. Sold a leased Macan to a dealership on the 13th. On the 25th a payment for the lease comes out and the representative on the phone tells me they wont stop lease payments till they are called even when the vehicle is paid for. Proceeds to tell me a cheque will be sent with the overpayment but cant tell me when the cheque will be sent. Awful system to overcharge on a vehicle already fully paid for.

Worst financial company & worst vehicle. On 10/12/24, I Purchased a 2024 Cayenne, I was told my first payment will be due around 26th of November. I got the first bill with a due date of 11/12, I guess the sales person would say anything to make sale. Now as fir the starting acting up on 2nd week, it has been at dealership since 11/7/24. I was undecided between Porsche and Maserati, I believe I made the wrong choice.

I'm shocked by the low rating that PFS has received. Having contacted this group multiple times and they have been courteous, timely and informative. Just spoke to Allison and she was great. I only have great things to say about PFS.

It's too bad others have had a bad experience. I'm not sure what that's attributed to as that certainly has not been the case for me.

I agree the website could have some enhancements and offers .. if they really wanted to sell more Cars or SUV ! I think they need to look at a loyalty program and let the Dealer interface with the Customer to pull them out of a lease early and have incentives & lower money factors and waive deposits etc and a loyalty discount to get into another Porsche ! You turn it into the Dealership and they can turn into a Porsche Certified unit and flip that vehicle and the customer feels like wow payment less no deposit driving a newer Porsche model and get the feel the 4 Seasons Feeling .. boy Porsche and my Dealer make it easy peasy !

Huge pain to pay my car off. there are several reviews just like this so obviously they do this on purpose. Finally I got some help but the process was extremely painful. Originally i did a ACH payment over the phone with them. when they contacted my bank, they gave the wrong account number. So of course my bank flagged it and called me. This tied things up for about a week and my monthly payment was coming up so I had to make a payment. Everything was extremely frustrating up until this point. I finally sent a wire directly to them and after about a week, I finally have my title. Never again!!!

Most ridiculous experience with the customer service at financial services. Spoke to Tamila And I’m not surprised that this business already has the worse rating. Rep had such a bad attitude and denied to offer any kind of help Or transfer me to other rep.

the Porsche financial website is the worst financial website I have ever used. it is glitchy in all formats and offers zero information on your account. pending payments don't show, it doesn't show balances. how did VW group, specifically Porsche allow this website to exist in this form? it is truly a horrible product.
the car is awesome and I love it. this is a review only of the awful website that needs a complete and total redesign to offer useful information and so it will actually work. it is shocking just how bad it is.
