I recently came into On the Rise Financial center through a referral from another affiliated organization. I must say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of not only the front desk customer service agent but my actual Financial Counselor Mr. Frank oh so Fabulous Williams! My appointment was informative, and I was able to really retain all of the resources given because of their individualized approach to each client. I do believe that my action plan will have a positive impact on my future Thanks to Mr. Williams, and the rest of the team at On The Rise Financial.

I attended the homebuyer education workshop and it was phenomenal. Y'all, did you know you can get homeownership counseling for free!? This is a public resource! You can be educated and empowered all on how credit works, down payment assistance, underwriting, and basically get a better understanding of your rights and know how to weigh risks of going into homeownership. The workshop brought in 7 experts throughout the day on Saturday and provided lunch and a light breakfast all for just $40. (one-on-one counseling is free and the workshop is $40) At the end you get a certificate that lasts for a year. The level of expertise and professionalism felt more like a $500 class. This place is a gem of a community resource anyone can go!
