Had been with State Farm for years in Denver and then moved to Atlanta where my rate pretty much doubled so I decided to cancel my policy and switch to Progressive which had much better rates. I feel like this agent made it as hard as possible to complete the cancellation, so much so that I had to enlist my previous agent to help me get it all sorted out.

“ Terry “ is so unprofessional , worse person I have ever dealt with . She is withholding my insurance. When you try and leave her company she has this nasty attitude. Has a Very smart mouth. She makes me want to leave State Farm all together.! Everybody told me to leave her after the first time she disrespected me. She disrespected me twice and will not return any calls now that I am trying to leave her. Do not recommend!!! I left my agent because I never received my paperwork work . You had to come to my home because I never receive my paperwork from your office either . When you explained my mother life insurance you disrespected me they have it on recording. You are so unprofessional I’m going to make other report on you. You are the only person i choose to report you are a very mean person who act like they care until they try and leave you. The 1800 number even told me you are able to do more then them you JUST DID NOT WANT TO LET MY MOTHER LIFE INSURANCE GO. Now I will be going to corporate on you TODAY . It was done I made a review as a customer the disrespect that I have on recording of your employees disrespecting me and State Farm have you on recording disrespecting me . You will be reported for harassment I’m not going back and fourth when i choose to leave you.
