I've personally known Ms. Elaine since 1999. She is extremely trustworthy and she has always been professional, loyal and trustworthy. I can attest that she & her staff operates with complete integrity. Yes, I've ventured out (in the past) as I THOUGHT the "grass was greener on the other side". Needless to say, I found myself coming back to Ms. Elaine. She has always EDUCATED and provided me with options that would suit my homes, vehicles and business. My children are adults now and they too are trusting Ms. Elaine with their precious valuables. It's literally "a family affair".

Just recently (THIS WEEK) I had a family member that was pulled over for a DOT inspection. Unfortunately, he found himself with lapsed insurance. The tow trucks had hitched his work vehicle. He was told that if he could PROVIDE covered insurance in the next few moments that they would grant him grace. Several
agencies were called and each time the customer experience were terrible with long wait times and uneducated agents that were not familiar with details for his unique business needs.

Ms. Elaine was called within minutes of the tow truck about to pull off preparing to take his "Livelihood" to the pound!! Even with the limited amount of time she was provided, she LISTENED intently to what his overall needs were in those crucial moments. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism as my family member was becoming overwhelmed and anxious. WHILE Ms. Elaine was shopping for insurance she was graciously calming him down and talking through his options. IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES HE WAS INSURANCED; PROVIDING FULL COVERAGE WITH THE REQUIRED TIMESTAMP. Even better, his monthly payments were MORE financially reasonable with better coverage!!!

Ms. Elaine did these things for this young gentleman:
1) Kept him from getting arrested for having lack of insurance and his livelihood from being impounded
2) Provided immediate coverage by being the EXPERT
3) Educated, kept him calm and encouraged him while in the midst of officers and tow trucks

We had this agent (Elaine) a couple of years ago when we first started trucking. Now that I have used a couple of insurance agents, I see how she was unfair with her inflated commissions. This agent asked us to pay her commission up front. Also, she never answers the phone…… you will
be unable to reach her. When you send her an email, you will wait for days to get a response. Also, when onboarding new drivers or new customers you will wait days if not weeks to hear back from her.
