I visited that location on a Sunday morning to get a quote on my car insurance and I had a horrible experience. When I arrived, there was an elderly lady sitting at a desk and she was just completing a transaction with a customer who was paying his premium. After which point she continued talking to him for at least 45 minutes about personal matters not related to car insurance while I waited and she briefly gazed at me every 5 minutes or so as if I was the irritation that she did not need. After the customer left she then turned and looked at me and said (QUOTE) What do you want. I then responded by informing her that I wanted a quote on my personal car. As she began entering my information she complained about my unexpected visit after which she told me that my car was too fast and my premium would be high anyway and with any carrier and that my owning the vehicle was unacceptable. She sucked her teeth several times while I sat there and listened to her babble, when she finally told me that my quote would be $1,000 down and $1,000 a month because of the car I own. I will never go back to that location again....😏😏😏😏😏

I can’t say enough great things about the quality of service I received working with Andres while obtaining auto insurance for my new car. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was getting in my policy and went to great lengths to ensure I received the most competitive rate. When I left there was one thing I thought I wasn’t clear on and he immediately called me back and was responsive to all of my questions until I felt comfortable. I will definitely be referring him to all of my family!
