I rarely post reviews but I've been with Allstate the last 2 years and they have been amazing. They are fast and friendly. The rates were lower than both State Farm and Geico with a more comprehensive package. They were willing to walk me through each part of the policy and make sure I got the best deal. I've moved over my car and house which lowered my rates even further.

They really do treat you a like family at this specific branch.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been with this group over 10 years. I’m never able to get anyone on the phone. My policy was canceled without a single phone call or email from my agent because my auto pay didn’t go through. Allstate now refuses to cover me due to this. I was told they have too many clients at this location to be able to call or email customers. Definitely do not recommend
