Customer service is horrible. Apparently accounts receivable is also Dr. Millers wife and man is she rude and will say anything to make sure she feels like she’s superior to you. I had multiple fillings here, half of which had to be refilled. So I payed part of my bill and asked that the other half be taken off of my account. All I have received since then were threats and also threats that involved violating Hippa. Would highly recommend a different dentist.

Had our first visit with our kids today & Dr. Miller explains everything in great detail & is very knowledgeable! Office is very clean & office staff are very friendly & a pleasure to talk to & they are affordable, especially if you have a large family! Scheduling was a breeze & Our kids cant wait to go back which is a great thing! You will not be disappointed! So glad I found them! Thanks Lake Oconee Family Dental for a great experience!

I wouldn't usually think to write a review for a dental office but I just wanted to share my experience at Lake Oconee Family Dental. I went in for a cleaning (my first visit) and the office atmosphere was very pleasant. Dr. Miller and his staff were very attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They were all very professional and I appreciate that they listened to me and my concerns. I normally dread going to the dentist altogether, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 🙂 I would definitely recommend others to visit Lake Oconee Family Dental !

Dr. Miller is a very thorough and skilled dentist. The staff is both friendly and efficient. Tonya Miller is considerate and as skilled as she is attractive.
For the most part ,you are in good hands and won't even feel any of the normal concerns or trepidation of "going to the dentist"
