I can't say how this company is after getting insurance but I can say that they must not want new customers.
I called 2 days in a row to get homeowners and small businesses insurance and both times I was told someone would call.
48hrs later, still no return call.

I’m not sure what the annoyance was with the gay black man and the light skinned girl with the brown braids, but the professionalism wasn’t there. With little words, they acted as if they don’t service majority elderly, elderly forget things, the least you can do is try to help them And for you to call it babying is ridiculous. They sit down all day do nothing anyway but looking slow. I’m just glad Monica was able to remember her and get her information pulled up.

I worked with Monica! Things started out well at first. She got me a quote for Progressive, but I wanted to explore more options. She mentioned that her manager could assist me with Allstate. She said he tried to call me, but I didn't get a call nor a voicemail. I had to follow up with them. She told me the price for 6 months. I requested to do it monthly, and she stopped responding to my messages. I know that she got the messages because they were showing as read. It's very unprofessional, and I'll never use them again!

Stay away - run away - don’t go through these guys.. I called and said I was not going to renew my auto policy and I need to close out my account. They said no problem and that was it, a months later I get a letter from collections saying I owe Allstate money… they never closed my account and never took any responsibility now I’m stuck with a bill I’m not supposed to have. These place is pure trash
