I had a wonderful experience speaking with Mr. Tim Dell on 02.27.2025. He was most pleasant. He was very informative as he educated me on the details of my policy. In our talk, even when Mr. Dell spoke of additional offers that State Farm has, he never "pressured" me to acquire any additional coverages. Mr. Dell respected my decisions. I felt that was very admirable, considering my past experiences with other agencies. Mr. Dell was so polite, he made me feel comfortable, he spoke as if we had already known one another for some time. Mr. Dell definitely gets an A++++++++. Thank you kindly.

I recommend a different State Farm agent. My experience has not been the best. The girl that wrote the policy misinformed me about coverage / price. My bill was great first 2 months, then it jumped $60! When I inquired, it turns out, it was misinformation given by the employee (who is no longer with them anymore), And, they are unwilling to help in any way.
Pay or be canceled. That's what I was told.
State farm as a whole, is good, this particular agents office, not so much.

As one of BJ’s original customers of more than a decade, the service my family receives is beyond comparable. There is no other State Farm office that I would rather deal with than BJ Jordan State Farm!

Every year I get a personal call on my birthday first thing in the morning! It's from Bj Jordan's office wishing me happy birthday! I have never know a business to do this in all my years!! I know they care and that comes from the top! Great leadership is a blessing and so is BJ Jordan and his staff!! They have always been so kind and helpful as long as I been back in Georgia and been with this office! I would never go to any other State Farm agency!!
