Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. Have always been satisfied having them insure my cars,and home. Paid the rising payments over the years . But now don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I was told by Mr. Brantley himself just keep up with my recites and spending after the Hurricane that they would make things right ! That was apparently a lie cause When I went to turn in these recites then the story changed ! Have had two different appts.supposely to look at my damage (Adjusters) whom both never called to cancel just didn't show up !! This tells me they have no intention of helping me out . Been told my deductible would cover it but that is so wrong !! No Deductible should be even entered in a case of Act of God .! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. We're a elderly couple and this has been a nightmare my husband is disabled and all the hoops I've had to do then be treated this way is just Wrong. Changes are a coming. 12/1 Edit review. I am so happy for State Farm insurance reaching out to me after my angry review. I'm sorry for maybe not giving them enough time to get to me. So many people hurting after the Hurricane and we were too. State Farm went beyond my expectations and restored my trust in them and will be a customer for life. They were so understanding and helpful I will never forget their Kindness. Thank You so much.

I have 4 cars and 1 home insured with State Farm. Unfortunately, my 16yo got into car accident last year. The premium doubled on that policy as to be expected but then 6 mo. later they cancelled the policy. A month later they cancelled my auto policy, too, because of the 16yo's accident. I called Thu and the increasingly stern young lady I spoke to said they'll likely cancel the remaining two auto policies. Wow. I've been a customer of State Farm for 30 YEARS and all of that with Hoke Brantley's office. I'm cancelling my other auto policies and won't be renewing my home policy.

I called in today and was helped by Richard at wrightsboro rd location and he was amazing. He even brought to my attention about my limits and possibly raising them a bit to cover me completely in case anything was to happen. That was the last thing on my mind but he brought it up and I appreciate it because that’s something for me to really think about now. I’m all about saving money but if I can save my pockets and car in the long run, I’m all for it. I really appreciate how it felt like he wasn’t trying to sell me something but I truly believe, he was just looking out for my best interest. Thank you Richard !!!!

Kimberly has a real problem with customer service. She is very disrespectful and should not be able to work for a company like State farm. She is highly rude and its unacceptable. There is a way to conduct business and it does not start by harassing a long time customer about payments that were already made. Instead of listening to my concerns, she takes it into her own hands to tell me how things are going to go. I feel her professionalism needs major work. She is not willing to explain the policy, that I pay for monthly, in details. She does not apologize for her actions nor does she feel any regret from ruining a perfect day over a mistake. She should be fired immediately!!! I will be speaking to Mr. Hoke about this situation and hopefully they can get someone who is more qualified for the position.

This is by far the most superb State Farm office out there. The office is very warm and inviting and they treat every customer like family. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customers needs are taken care of.

Tried to get a quote and it took them 2 days to return my call. When I did get a call back I got the feeling I was inconveniencing the lady in the phone. I was a client before, but won't be again.
