Disappointed. I reached out to this company via telephone and later email about setting up an appointment to get a quote. I never got a call back. I did get a very confusing email about why insurance might be tricky?That was strange because another company had given me a quote within hours the day before. I had several back and forth emails with this company that were not helpful. I never received a quote or a phone call. This was all via email over a time span of a week. A simple phone call would have been appreciated and much faster. I wanted to go with a local company but sadly I cannot recommend them.

As a contractor, IS of A has been my agent since 2005 and take care of my business need for liability, auto and my bonds. I get 1-2 calls each month to switch and save $ and I tell them that it's not about the $ it's about the relationships. As far as $, they always look for ways to save when it's time to renew and the service when requesting a COI is outstanding. Besides that they are very friendly! Tom
