I went in to see if I could get a loan just big enough to pay an unexpected cost and when I walked in I was greeted with such a positive greeting that I immediately felt at ease. They were so helpful and they got me enough to pay not only my unexpected expense they also paid two more of my bills and put money in my wallet also. I recommend Heights Finance to anyone in need of a loan!

Horrible people. I've dealt with the previous office for a long time and Jacques was wonderful. The manager of this office is rude and egotistical. I would urge you to seek a better place to do business with. They are the worst. Won't even tell your balance! Have a horrible online application process that I have never seen anything like, since 20 years ago. I have worked in these loan companies before. Before this haughty female was born. The goal is to get customers and make money. Her goal is to push people around and get them to kiss her rear to get a loan. Egomaniac. I even tried to deal with the corporate office and they were incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. They were recently bought by a new company and moved to a different town. I guess the new company is the one behind this rudeness. I will be glad to pay them off and go where my business is appreciated and I am treated respectfully.

I had kept a loan with them for years about 10 years renewing it when a emergency came up NEVER ONE TIME was I late in a payment more than a few days the date would change and I would forget Vicki the manager would call and remind me of course I payed it right then around my birthday if this year I decided I wanted to treat myself I of course called my longest standing creditor to renew my loan . I HAD REMAINED WITH THEM throughout the year through several moves and going from living totally on a SSI check to working +a partial check the two combined was if course more than before I had always had the same loan companies with pretty much the same amount owed . They are the way I raised my credit from a 350 to over six hundredc

Isabella went beyond her call of duty to help me get some money and was very professional. I am 75 yrs old and had a hard time doing this from home. My husband has cancer and I could not leave him and drive to Commerce so she helped me over the phone. I give her an A+ and she has a great personality.
