They are quick to approve you in loans, work with people who have tax ID. Would recommend to anyone, they gave me good numbers when I first financed my car. All the staff are nice and make sure to answer your questions.

I’ve dealt with this company for over 3 years now and honestly I couldn’t recommend to anyone. All the girls including the manager are extremely rude, if they don’t agree with something they will HANG UP on you. And they say that their opinion matters more than yours. They say the customer is never right. Everyone in there needs to be certified and trained by a Customer Service Specialist. They are just RUDE. Their website never works and they want to charge you 4% to make payments over the phone ( because their website doesn’t work) “they have been improving for the past 3 years and Website still can’t be fixed so they stick it to you by making you pay over the phone. And if you miss ONE they WILL SHUT YOUR CAR OFF. Don’t give your money and time away to this company you will regret it later. And they just happen to lose paper work in that office which is fishy

I Have been trying to get them to report my vehicle to my credit reporters. They have not done that period I had been dealing with this for 3 years.. Not a very reputable business as I can see from everyone else they are unhappy as well.

This place is horrible and they don’t have any knowledge of anything. I was married and had a name change they didn’t even know how to deal with the tag office. They are horrible please after my car is paid I won’t ever do this again. I may refinance with someone else that’s how bad it is.
