Very nice employees and clean office. But the fees are high and not transparent.. ex: $5 convenience fee for paying your insurance in cash $5 inspection fee When I asked for the purpose of the fees, it was explained that it was enforced by the state?! Idk ? but it sounds like a way to make people go virtual, cash less payment, etc..

I am writing this review not as a customer but as a supposed business partner. We as a dealership sent a lot of business to Direct and we were part of the referral program. Tax time is our busy time of year, and we sent customer or called for customers, and they wrote numerous policies. Long story short is they did not pay us they referrals for those. Seems convenient at the busiest time of year. I did reach out to the marketing manager Tyler and I told him it was unfair to say you would do something then don't. I told him we would not refer anyone else to Direct until this was resolved his reply " ok don't no big deal" now that just shows they do not appreciate only the dealerships that give them business it tells me they do not care about customers that keeps them in a job. Let me make this clear this is not about the money at all its about principal and doing the right thing.
