Ms. Mae was my landlord for 2+ years. Aside from a leak she kept avoiding to fix her maintenance men were always prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. When I moved in I upgraded many things about my townhome on Sheridan Place in Valdosta. I replaced the faucets, installed cieling fans, among some other small things. I also brought in my own appliances. Stove, refrigerator, etc. When I moved she kept my $2000 deposit and tried to file charges against me for my own appliances. Be careful && know the law when renting from her.
